Planning and execution of programs for corporate clients of Forum Québec DMC. Programs based in Toronto, Montréal, Mont-Tremblant, Charlevoix and Québec City. 

Supporting the pre-event planning and onsite management of conferences and special events.

Logistics planning of the Supercrawl Fashion Show including: stage decor, designer recruitment, model casting, stage programming, scheduling and vendor sourcing. 

Responsible for coordinating hospitality for 18 artists/bands across the Grey Cup Street Festival and 6 artists/bands for the Grey Cup.  

Travel Director for a conference held at the St. John's Convention Centre in Newfoundland.  Overseeing food and beverage operations throughout the conference.

Travel Director for a conference held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.  Overseeing exhibition hall and food & beverage operations throughout the conference.

Travel Director for a conference held at the Niagara Falls Convention Centre.  Overseeing food and beverage operations throughout the conference.

Onsite Meeting Planner for the Destinations International Annual Convention 2022 held at the MTCC (Metro Toronto Convention Centre). Overseeing volunteers and food & beverage operations, as well as advancing the offsite closing fundraising event held at Stackt Market.

Virtual and in-person logistics planning for Supercrawl On The Bay 2021. Onsite event setup, tear down, and coordination of both food and art vendors. Created/revised planning and organizational documents (safety plans, copy, event maps, event policies etc.).

Designed, planned, and executed the theme and decor for Because Beer Festival - Harvest Edition 2021 while maintaining the decor budget. Coordinated with external vendors for efficient set up and tear down of the installations. Created event maps, vendor contracts and copy for the festival.
